Michael Escobedo’s journey to success reflects relentless drive, grit, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a two-time state wrestling champion and Division I varsity athlete at Michigan State University, Michael understands the discipline, resilience, and competitive edge it takes to win—on the mat and in the market. These same qualities define his approach to commercial real estate and investment strategy.
Michael is a licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of over $255 million in closed transactions, including multifamily, MHP, and RV park assets across the country. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s top commercial brokerages, where he earned the prestigious Pace Setter Award for his outstanding production and client service. His early success in brokerage established him as a trusted dealmaker capable of executing complex, high-stakes transactions.
Beyond brokerage, Michael has expanded into real estate ownership and syndication, where he actively acquires, renovates, and manages value-add multifamily communities. He has sourced and closed multiple investment opportunities, including recent acquisitions under his firm where he serves as a general partner and operator. His responsibilities span from underwriting and capital raising to project management and investor communications, offering a full-cycle perspective that adds depth to every deal.
One of his notable projects includes the acquisition and repositioning of Woody Creek, a 24-unit multifamily asset in Indiana, where he led the renovation strategy, construction oversight, and management transitions. His growing ownership portfolio reflects his ability to bridge the gap between investor goals and operational execution.
Prior to his real estate career, Michael owned a successful remodeling and painting business, developing hands-on expertise in everything from tile and drywall to full-unit rehabs. This background gives him a unique edge in evaluating construction budgets, spotting improvement opportunities, and optimizing value-add strategies.
He further demonstrated operational leadership as a Regional Equipment Manager, overseeing fleet maintenance across multiple sites. He reduced downtime dramatically—cutting out-of-service units from 215 to just 15—and earned Employee of the Year for his performance.
With this blend of brokerage success, ownership experience, and construction know-how, Michael brings a rare combination of vision and execution to every investment. His focus is on sourcing high-performing multifamily and MHP assets, delivering strong returns, and building lasting partnerships with investors who want to scale with confidence.
